Program Description
Nonstop Financial offers two SMS text messaging programs related to insurance services:

Promotional communications about insurance products, new lead follow-ups, quote follow-ups, and insurance offers sent to prospective customers who have opted in via our digital lead generation forms. -
Customer Care Messages
Informational and transactional communications including appointment reminders, payment reminders, policy renewal notifications, and service follow-ups sent to existing customers and policyholders who have opted in verbally during the enrollment process.
By opting in to either SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Nonstop Financial at the mobile phone number you provide. Each program requires separate opt-in consent. Opting into one program does not opt you into the other.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions with Nonstop Financial. You may receive multiple messages per month depending on your policy status, upcoming appointments, and service activity.
Costs & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Nonstop Financial does not charge you for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you for each message sent or received according to your mobile plan. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan and any applicable messaging fees.
Opt-In & Consent
You must provide prior express written consent to receive SMS messages from Nonstop Financial. Consent is collected through our digital opt-in form, which includes a clear, separate SMS consent checkbox. You will receive a one-time confirmation message to verify your opt-in. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service from Nonstop Financial.
For our Marketing Messages program, opt-in consent is collected through a dedicated SMS consent checkbox on our digital lead generation forms. The checkbox is specific to text messages only, is unchecked by default, and explicitly states that the subscriber is opting into marketing text messages.
For our Customer Care Messages program, opt-in consent is collected verbally by a licensed insurance agent during the policy enrollment or onboarding process. The agent reads a disclosure that describes the types of messages, frequency, data rates, and opt-out instructions.
For both programs, you will receive a one-time confirmation message to verify your opt-in. Each program uses a separate opt-in, and opting into one program does not opt you into the other.

After you send STOP, we will not send you any further messages unless you opt in again. Opting out of SMS messages will not affect any other communications you may receive from Nonstop Financial via email or phone.
